“My partner and I had a guinea pig pass away suddenly on a Monday evening. I brought her to Asheville Pet Cremations at 10pm on a Monday night, called them, and met Mallory 5 minutes later. We had a great conversation about our pig and Mallory took her for the cremation process. We received an engraved urn, a clay ornament with our pet’s paw print and name, a poem for guinea pigs, a handwritten note, and a meditation stone by Friday. I can’t thank Mallory and Asheville Pet Cremations enough for their kindness and service. Not sure where else we’d find a pet cremation company that serves all pets, 24/7, and offers private cremations. They are a 24/7 service, but if arriving outside of normal business hours, call the number listed on their website. The owners live right around the corner and will come meet you any time, day or night. Thank you Asheville Pet Cremations and Mallory for their compassion and amazing service.”

“Asheville Pet Cremations and Mallory are angels on earth to help our fur babies in their after life care. July 25th, I lost my kitty, Rapunzel, she was 17 years young. I had made a call to Asheville Pet Cremations, left a voicemail and within the hour, I received a call back. Incredibly prompt!
Mallory helped make the process smooth and was beyond compassionate. When I dropped Rapunzel off for her after life care, Mallory explained the entire process to me, and let me know when I could expect to have my baby back home.
I knew then and there that Mallory would take the absolute best care of Rapunzel. Mallory is so very kind and treats all fur babies as if they were her own. I pray I have no more losses in the immediate future, but when the time does come, I will absolutely be returning to Asheville Pet Cremations. “On July 14th we had to let go of Flufflepuff, one of the most loving, precious little souls who has ever walked this earth ever.
I am truly touched at the care & thought that Flufflepuff's beautiful fur was put into the paw key chains we ordered. I can tell this was done with much care & thought since she was a calico & the different colors was all there in each key chain. Also included was a little baggy with more of her fur & I was not expecting that ( my son arranged everything with Mallory ) & the way the fur was put in there was done with careful hands showing compassion, care & dignity for Flufflepuff & her family. Every memento of Flufflepuff's was beautifully done & presented. Even the little stone in the pretty little drawstring bag looked like Flufflepuff's coat. My son had ordered necklace mementos holding some of the ashes & they are very well made, the little vials have weight & the chain very sturdy.
The little carved box holding Flufflepuff's remains is beautiful as well, very fitting resting place for our little Queen.
The little card with the poem is poignant yet comforting & yes it made me cry but in a good way.
The hand written note was very kind & very much appreciated. Thank you Mallory for the loving care you gave our sweet little Flufflepuff.”

“Mallory at Asheville Pet Cremations provides such a beautiful, loving, kind, and caring experience while dealing with the loss of your fur baby.

From the moment I reached out to her to let her know the time was coming, up until she dropped off my sweet boy’s ashes, Mallory was professional, kind, and made me feel like she really cared.

It all happened so fast. And I was very back and forth with my dates for pick up. She always texted back within 20 minutes and was always flexible and understanding with whatever I needed.

When the time did come, it felt like Bubs was being picked up by a friend, not a stranger. I felt like she cared for him like she would one of her own, and that was everything. She was so sweet during one of the most emotional days of my life.

She personally picks up and drops off your precious baby. It feels so personal and special. I didn’t just get his ashes back.. I got ink and clay paw prints (which are only $20 each and very affordable) but I also got so many sweet little gifts along with my boy. There was a laminated poem that made me cry (in the sweetest way), a little worry palm stone, a handwritten note, and several other sweet little gifts.

This was truly such a loving experience during such a hard time saying goodbye to my boy. It felt so full of love and care.
I hope I don’t need this service again for a long time but I know that when I do, I’ll be calling Asheville Pet Cremations.

She has so much compassion for the fur baby and the fur parents. When she leaves with your baby, you don’t have any doubts that she will be taken care of them and treat them with dignity. She just cremated our 3rd dog and I will forever call on her.

“I phoned them back in Nov/Dec (I can't quite remember) about my grandparents beagle that semi-expectedly, semi-unexpectedly passed away. I never wrote a review because life was... rough and I forgot. However, they were exceptionally kind, professional, and patient. I recall that I was choked up / crying on the call and was struggling to talk and the woman I spoke to (whose name I forget- I'm really bad with names!) was very patient and understanding. I really appreciated that. And she came out that night to pick up the beagle then ended up delivering her back to my grandparents earlier than expected.

Then, unfortunately, I had to euthanize my 5-year-old cat (who was my best friend with four legs) in early May due to unexpected medical issues. If I was upset about my grandparents beagle, I was distraught about Toothless. Still, the woman I spoke to was so kind and patient and understanding. Due to where I worked at the time, she was able to pick Toothless up from my work, and she returned him to me at my apartment about a week later in a very lovely gift baggy and a beautiful wooden urn.

I have two more critters and as lovely as the people at this business are, I hope I do not have to see them again for a long time. However, when the time comes for my remaining critters (they are under 5 so hopefully it'll be several years!), I couldn't imagine bringing them anywhere else.”
