We are so thankful you are attending our show and want you to have the best experience possible. Please review the important information below:

• The grounds will be open to exhibitors starting Friday at 2:00 PM.

• Please bring your own chair for ringside seating, as the venue does not provide chairs for public use.

• The show photographer is Melia Photography (www.meliaphotography.com).

• The grounds address is 3001 N. Grant Ave., Springfield, MO 65803.

There are a variety of restaurants in the area. Some pet-friendly establishments we recommend are Lindberg’s Tavern, Springfield Brew Co., Café Cusco, and Black Sheep Burgers. Of course, your pup would love a visit to Andy’s Frozen Custard after a successful show day!

Don’t forget that our wonderful club host, Tri-State Kennel Club, is offering a raffle.

New to showing? We want you to feel welcome. If you have any questions, please contact our Show Chair, who will be wearing a GRCO shirt and show chair identification. We’ll be happy to help!

Today is a great day to enter the Hot Springs Arkansas shows through Onofrio.

6 opportunities that weekend!

Our wonderful big sister club, Natural State Golden Retriever Club, has highly celebrated breeder judges Col. Jon Chase and Helen Dorrance doing the breed with Kathy Chase judging sweeps….and amazing prizes that weekend!

AND Dana Cline and Linda Robey for designated specialties!!!!!!!

Thornton and Fehring are the judges to continue to make for a golden opportunity for the Sporting dog club!

PLUS Helen Dorrance is giving an educational seminar on Saturday night! AND on Friday night the Club has a get together at the fisherman‘s wharf restaurant right on the water for everyone to attend.

We hope you and your doggie friends are weathering these crazy hot temps well!

Thankfully, the weather is supposed to cool down by next weekend, just in time for our next Fit Dog Walk! Our Director of Fun, Mark Mierkowski, has planned our next walk for Sunday, August 2nd at 9am at Dogwood Canyon Nature Park for their Dog Days of Summer.

For Dog Days, they will have live entertainment, local vendors and special giveaways. Free doggy gift bags to the first 100 guests.

50% off one admission ticket if you bring your dog!

Wear your GRCO gear!

Address: 2038 W. State Highway 86 in Lampe.

We want to encourage those attending to be responsible dog owners and great representatives of the club :). Don't forget your p**p bags, and remind your pup to exhibit their best manners.

This event is open to all breeds and you do not need to be a GRCO member to attend. We love making new friends!
