Silvershell Great Danes

Fun pack walk on Horseneck beach before the storm Friday morning. If my puppies families would like to start meeting up for Friday morning walks let me know!

Violet Moon, 10 year old, Blue Great Dane. She enjoys walks, but does not want to play roughly anymore.

Liberty Moon, 5 year old, Blue Harlequin Great Dane. Violet Moon is her Dam. Liberty really wants to play with other friendly giants.

Perfectly Painted Skye, Australian Shepherd, is trying to lose weight, loves to play.

Sushi, 11 year old, who is our daughter's 10lb toy mix. Sushi identifies as a giant breed, other toy dogs clearly weird her out.

Happy to share that Liberty has finally 100% bounced back from Pyo. Here she is on a sit stay at our favorite Moongate. After running hard one might assume that she slept when we got home... nope, she was still full of the "zoomies".
Her Dam, Violet, who is now 10, went for a short run. She did absolutely AMAZING and I caught myself riding faster than planned, as Violet was loving running hard.
Please, only run your leashed dog next to you if they're well trained and you can trust that they'll obey you past barking/lunging dogs, squirrels darting across your path, humans stopping you to ask how much your cow eats and or if you have a saddle for that thing. Bahahaha

Please join me in wishing my beautiful Violet Moon a very happy 10th Birthday! Violet is doing very well. Sure she has slowed down, but is still loving life. Perhaps her favorite thing to do is hunting Ground hogs. You wouldn't believe how fast she moves when on the hunt! She loves swimming, car rides, shorter walks, and of course, snuggling.

A ten year old Great Dane is equivalent to being 79-90 in human year's, as you add more time on for giants.

Here is Violet kissing her precious puppy, Liberty! We are so grateful that Liberty is finally feeling better after needing to spayed due to Pyo. Violet and I never left Liberty's side throughout this horrible ordeal. I am forever grateful to have them both in my life!

I appreciate the continued interest, but I have retired from breeding. Given my reduced activity on Facebook, it's best to contact me directly via text message if any of my puppy families need assistance. As outlined in our contract, I am committed to providing lifetime breeder support. If circumstances ever lead you to rehome your Dane, please remember my guarantee to take them back under any circumstances.

To folks looking to add a Great Dane to your family. Please be cautious of scammers and ensure you verify the authenticity of breeders through live video calls and health testing on the AKC's OFA website.

My puppies were raised in my home using the Puppy Culture program. Giving them a solid start, but ongoing training is crucial. I recommend positive reinforcement and consistent training. Pictured is my Liberty Moon, she is a very well-trained Dane out of my little program demonstrating a sit stay during this morning's bike ride. Running any dog next to your bicycle, especially a giant breed, should only ever be attempted if you're 100% confident in your training.

So sorry to report that Liberty was found NOT to be pregnant via ultrasound this morning at Village Vet. She will have an xray on day 55 to be sure that there isn't one hiding in there, but that is unlikely. She will be retired and not bred again. Thank you for your interest 🐾❤️🐾
