So I sold this horse 2 years ago and he has come back to me for placement. He hasn’t changed no one bit since he left me he’s still the same safe guy. When he was with us he spent 3 months doing field trails toting our boys around and for the last 2 years he’s been on a Plantaion toting around guest for bird hunts.

Everyone meet major

Major is a 13yo 15 hand gray twh gelding. Major does his best gait barefooted with a smooth easy lope to boot. Leads loads clips ties and baths stands to be mounted and dismounted. If you are looking for something safe for your husband or grandma this is your guy. He’s no speed demon and enjoys just walking along but will move out when asked. Nice one hand neck rein backs and doesn’t take the big bits most walking horses do this guy is fine in a snaffle. Absolutely no buck rear bite bolt or funny business this guy enjoys the easy life. Loves to trail ride nothing fases him.

Kandy 5yo 14.3

I got this filly in on consignment from a friend last week for placement. She sold at lumberton in April as green broke. Supposedly had 30 days of ground work and 4 rides. She’s been through quarantine and given time to decompress and be a horse since April. It is said and and there is no actual proof to this but she is supposed to be off the king ranch and her name is supposed to be king ranch P 135 aka pistol. Her sire is supposed to be Coronel Del Rancho.

Now as to what I can tell you. She does lead load ties like a champ and stands to be saddled. This mare is a complete restart project for someone looking to bring along a nice little horse. She’s 5yo and I’d say about 14.2-14.3 hands. I have no been on her I will not be getting on her but I can get you any other videos that you may want. This mare was started wrong she’s nervous nothing mean but the first couple of min she’s scared of you. She does not want you to touch her nose idk if she’s been smacked in it or she’s trying to avoid you putting a bit in her mouth but it’s obvious she wasn’t started correctly.

She starves for attention she calls to me every moring that I come into the barn and absolutely loves to be groomed. She wants to be a good girl she wants to enjoy people she’s just had a rough start absolutely no bite paw or kick that I’ve seen. She would be an easy start for someone who has a soft hand and time to just spend with her.

Aztec

I got this gelding in on consignment from a friend last week for placement. He came in with Kandy.

Said to be 4yo 15 hand gelding draft cross

What I can tell you is he has a puppy dog personality. Like he wants to be in your space and your best friend. He was owned by my friends daughter who adored him. He leads he loads and ties but other than that he’s got a clean slate. He hasn’t been beat or man handled he’s been loved by a little girl. He’s a fresh start your way project he does have a scar around his neck that came when they got him we assume it’s from a lasso

Koda

Koda came to us with Kandy and Aztec for placement from a friend

15-17yo 15-15.1 hands

Koda has been sitting in a pasture since last January when my friend bought him from lumberton he was poor and in bad shape. He’s since gained all his weight and he’s a very thick stout boy. Koda leads loads ties baths stands for the ferrier to be mounted and tacked up. Koda is a little rusty on riding but absolutely nothing mean. He will walk trott all day long he’s no speed demon so he just prefers to walk trott. He has a nice western pleasure job with a heck of a stop and a nice back. He’s quiet and easy going and loves to trail ride. If you are looking for calm quiet and easy going he’s your guy

Now for the bad he has a soft bump just over his knee on the left side it’s fluid filled it’s not big and doesn’t seem to affect him at all. He also at some bring his tail bone also doesn’t seem to affect him but his tail does crook to the side

Pirate and his new little girl first lesson after not being rode in well we don’t know how long but this is proof that every horse deserves a second chance

Just because they are ugly just because they are red just because they are damaged doesn’t mean they are bad

Pirate came to me yesterday from a very good friend of mine he was pull from the kill pen starved with a damaged eye and just thrown away Sarah put the time into him and got his eye removed him back healthy then it was my turn to find him a home. He came in yesterday missing a eye hadn’t been rode in idk how damn long and walked off the trailer like he owned the place saddled up rode right off like he was rode yesterday. Well today he got his first ride by a very deserving child who has wanted a horse her whole life and I had the privilege of telling her that pirate was hers. Over the moon happy was an understatement before she left the barn she had to go in his stall pet him give him a kiss and tell him bye. My point is no matter how ugly or what they are missing or how plain ever horse deserves a child at some point in their life.

Everybody says Rylee Lester was the lucky one for getting pirate but I have to say I think pirate was the lucky one for getting him a Rylee

Beth

Vet aged at 14yo and standing 15 hands grade twh mare

I’m not doing a long drawn out post for this girl shes cheep and she’s easy. Leads loads clips ties baths stands to be mounted and tacked up and cross ties rides ba****ck and very sweet.

This gal is a seasoned trail horse knows her job and likes doing it does have a little go but will walk all day. Rides in a o ring snaffle bit easy in the mouth I’d say advanced begginer safe has a very nice whoa. Like skirt hit breaks whoa. She does still need a little weight but when she was picked up in April she was a body score of 1 she still needs a little weight but absolutely nothing bad pics make it look way worse then in person.
