First day of PreK for the 2 year olds! No fits and picking up everything with ease! Uno and deuces are our first “homegrown” babies here at Turnt and we couldn’t be more excited for their futures🧡💙

Uno (TBH FiestaOffDaWagon) is by HP Dash Ta Fiesta and out of our PYC Paint Your Wagon daughter.

I really try to post the good and the bad because I often feel like social media is just a highlight reel of successes. While I love seeing everyone post their best days and successes, it’s not realistic to never have off days or bad runs.

I was so frustrated with my first barrel in the slot race. It wasn’t what I wanted or expected at all, especially after we had hooked every 1st barrel the weekend before. But after taking a step back and looking at the whole run my 2nd barrel was flawless, which has been a REALLLL STRUGGLE for us! This was also his first real run to the left, and during his riding sessions last week I really worked hard on perfecting that 2nd… which he technically did🤣

The horse world has a way of keeping you humble. Some days you don’t get the result you were hoping for, but that doesn’t mean there wasn’t progress. Sometimes the biggest wins are the little things that most people never notice. You just gotta learn to celebrate the small victories and build off them to climb to the bigger victories 💪🏻💙

Capri gets the spotlight post from VBC this weekend! After a not so great weekend at Garwood we went back to the drawing board and she came out ready to win this weekend!

She was in the 3D out of over 700 in the open with this run, and on friday was 3rd overall in the Peewee!

Watching her come out of the arena smiling and almost crying because of how happy and excited she was made this weekend one of the best I’ve had in a while!🩷 This kid works so hard, she really deserved this “win”!

Just a reminder about my lesson policy moving into the 2026 season!

When you book a lesson, that spot is reserved specifically for you. If you cancel with less than a 24 hour notice (unless emergency), payment for the lesson will still be required. Unfortunately last minute cancellations leave me unable to fill that spot, which directly affects my income and schedule.

I try my best to be understanding because life happens, but I also have to treat this like the business it is. Consistency and respect go both ways, and I appreciate every single person that supports what I do.

I’ll also be implementing a 3 strike policy for repeated last minute cancellations/no shows, as I do currently have a waitlist of people wanting lesson spots. With only having the outdoor it’s crucial that I get in every possible lesson I can when the weather allows.

Thank you to everyone who shows up, communicates, and supports my program. I truly appreciate you all more than you know 💙
