After a great deal of thought and due to unforeseen circumstances, I have made the difficult decision to officially close my sharpening business.
Effective immediately, I will no longer be providing sharpening services. While this wasn't an easy decision, I was recently offered a new career opportunity that I simply couldn't pass up.
I want to sincerely thank each and every one of you for your trust, loyalty, and support over the past 2½ years. Building this business and serving such amazing customers has been an incredible experience that I'll always be grateful for.
I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. For my clients in the Oshkosh and Appleton areas, I highly recommend iSharpen. I'll be posting their contact information, along with a few other sharpeners I trust, in the comments below to help make the transition as easy as possible.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you for allowing me to be a part of your businesses and for supporting my small business over the years. I truly appreciate every one of you.

Trailer Repair Update
I wanted to keep everyone updated on the status of the trailer.
Unfortunately, the repair timeline has been pushed back, and it's now looking like the trailer won't be completed until around mid-July. Due to a shipping error, one of the new 7-foot axles and a box containing the installation hardware never made it to the repair shop. The manufacturer and shipping company are actively working to locate the missing parts and expect to have an update for me on Monday.
While this delay is completely outside of my control, I understand the inconvenience it may cause. I sincerely appreciate everyone's patience, understanding, and continued support while I work through this unexpected setback.
I'll continue to share updates as soon as I receive them. Thank you all for sticking with me—I look forward to getting back on the road and serving everyone again as soon as possible.

Important Business Update
To all of my customers,
I wanted to let everyone know what has been going on. Unfortunately, the axle on my trailer failed due to rust, and the trailer is currently in the shop undergoing repairs. Rather than doing the minimum to get it back on the road, I've decided to have the suspension and several other components replaced as well to ensure everything is safe, dependable, and ready for the miles ahead.
Because of this unexpected repair, I will likely be out of service for the remainder of the month. If everything goes according to plan, I'm hopeful I'll be able to get back on the road for at least a few days before month's end.
I know delays are frustrating, and for that I sincerely apologize. When you trust me with your sharpening needs, I take that responsibility seriously. While this situation was completely unexpected, I am doing everything I can to get repairs completed as quickly as possible without compromising safety.
I also want to take a moment to thank every one of you for your patience, understanding, and continued support. Looking Sharp has grown because of loyal customers like you, and I never take that support for granted. Your kindness, encouragement, and willingness to work with me during situations like this mean more than you know.
Thank you for sticking with me. I look forward to getting back on the road, seeing all of you again soon, and continuing to provide the service you've come to expect from Looking Sharp.

We also want to take a moment to honor and thank all of the brave men and women who have served and continue to serve our country. Your sacrifice, courage, and dedication do not go unnoticed, and we are forever grateful for the freedoms you help protect.
Monday we remember those who gave everything for our nation, and we thank every military family for the sacrifices they make each and every day. Wishing everyone a weekend filled with gratitude, remembrance, and time spent with the people you love. ❤️

Big news!! Tomorrow I’m picking up the trailer that will officially become my mobile sharpening shop! Over the next few days I’ll be working nonstop getting everything set up and ready to roll.
After this weekend, you probably won’t be seeing me pulling up in the little car anymore — this is a huge step forward for my business and something I’ve worked incredibly hard toward.
I truly want to thank every single person who has supported me on this sharpening journey so far. Whether you’ve trusted me with one blade, recommended me to someone else, shared a post, or simply encouraged me along the way — it has meant more than you know.
What started small is continuing to grow because of all of you, and I’m beyond excited for this next chapter. I can’t wait to show everyone the new setup and continue providing even better service moving forward.
Thank you all for believing in me and supporting me. This is only the beginning!

Starting in June, I will be introducing enhancements that will deliver a higher standard of quality for all clients at the same great price. In addition, on-site dryer repair services will be available for added convenience.
Please note that dryer repair appointments require 1–2 weeks’ advance notice to allow sufficient time for diagnosing needs and ordering any necessary parts.
