Sydney had a wonderful time caring for Tucker and Kitty! Tucker usually takes a minute to warm up to strangers, but he saw her as a friend from the first meeting. She used calm motion, a soft voice and a treat (or two) and he was her friend forever. Kitty joined the fun and they had good times while their family was away.
A warm welcome to the Nature Dogz family to Tucker and Kitty!❤️

It was great to see an old friend again! We have cared for Willow before but this time she had a friend over for sleepovers. Sweet Roxy joined her and they had tons of fun with Riley and Austin. Willow loves to play while Roxy enjoys getting her beautiful fur brushed.
Welcome to the Nature Dogz family sweet Roxy❤️

Ruby and Chacha❤️. We got to welcome these sweet pups to the Nature Dogz family. Ruby has the best smile, loves her sister and loves getting lots of pets from us. Chacha loves (LOVES) playing ball and is a pro at rolling it back to you. We've cared for them a couple of times already and can't wait to see them again soon❤️.

I got to spend a few days with this crew! When their mom reached out she was concerned that Apollo and Charlie (the chihuahua pups) were a little selective. It only took a couple of visits together before they were both sitting in my lap❤️. She was also concerned about medications for Dennis and care for the bunnies and tortoise. I was able to put her mind at ease and she enjoyed her trip, while I cared for everyone.
A warm welcome to the Nature Dogz family to Dennis, Darcy, Apollo, Charlie, Thor, Frankie and Sheldon.

Well.... we had a very busy September and I have a lot of catching up to do.
Let me start by welcoming Einstein and Curie to the Nature Dogz family. Austin gets to see them occasionally when their people need to be away.
Curie was hesitant to walk at first, but she quickly became Austin's good friend❤️

Lucy Loo!! This sweet girl was found with her deceased owner in Kentucky. She ended up in a noisy shelter until a Beagle Rescue found the perfect foster for her, and potentially her new home, in Florida. I was lucky enough to drive her from Adairsville to Macon, with a sleepover stop at my house. She was the perfect house guest❤️

2 take aways for everyone from this:
1. Anyone can drive a small leg of a dog/cat's journey to a new life. It doesn't take a huge time commitment. (As an example, I did 3 legs this time. They are short)
2. HAVE A PLAN FOR YOUR PETS!! Who would care for your pets if you no longer could? Don't assume! Make a plan, get that commitment!

I'm not sure how I forgot to welcome this cutie but Chloe has been enjoying her walks with Austin, and Riley. She's just a baby and is learning so many things. They work with her on things like Leave It, Stay, Down, etc. She loves her weekly walks and seems to enjoy learning new things. We are so happy to have her in the Nature Dogz family ❤️
