Mountain Breeze Stables Mountain Breeze Stables offers full board for your horse. Mountain Breeze Stables has been operating since 2003. Individual turnout is not available.

It is located 6 miles west of Marietta Square in West Cobb near the intersection of Barrett Parkway (East-West Connector) and Dallas Highway (120). 4 miles from Kennesaw Mountain with 16 miles of trails. We have 12 acres with a large pasture and 2 separate paddocks. Newly graded for drainage issues. Fences are all new RAMM Flex Fence. All areas of the property are fenced in with a Ghost automatic

gate for security. We have 12x12 stalls with new Stall Saver mats installed in 2020. The stalls are kept full of shavings. We have an indoor wash rack with hot and cold water, a large round pen, and a lit riding arena. The barn has a heated and air-conditioned tack room with a bathroom. We provide feed to maintain the proper weight of your horse. We currently have Triple Crown Senior Gold, Triple Crown Low Starch, Seminole Wellness Perform Senior, alfalfa pellets, timothy pellets, wheat bran, and beet pulp shreds. We provide Simplifly Feed-Thru Fly Control. We will add supplements that you provide in the evening feeding. Outside trainers are welcome. We offer full board only. We do not offer pasture or partial board. We do not need any additional help at this time. Full board is $850/month. The barn is protected with 24-hour video surveillance. We live on the property and someone is available at all times.

Located approximately 6 miles west of Marietta Square near the intersection of the East West Connector and Dallas Highway, our quiet private barn sits on 10 acres divided into three well maintained pastures. Individual turnout is not available.

The barn features:
• 12’ x 12’ stalls
• Daily turnout from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
• Large round pen
• Lit riding arena with new covered viewing deck
• Arena sprinklers to reduce dust
• Wash rack with hot and cold water
• Heated and air-conditioned tack room with bathroom

We feed Triple Crown Feed and include Simplifly Feed Thru Fly Control as part of our program.

We offer full board only at $850 per month, which includes:
• Feed and hay
• Daily stall cleaning
• Turnout management
• Fly spray, masks, and blankets at no additional charge

We do not offer pasture or partial board.

A full-time barn manager lives on-site, and the owners also live on the property, ensuring someone is always available. Outside trainers are welcome.

The property is secured with a coded automatic gate and 24-hour video surveillance.
