Our Team Leads are an important part of what keeps Lezlie’s Pet Sitting & Dog Walking running smoothly every day.

-They support our sitters while they’re out in the field
- They help answer questions and troubleshoot unexpected situations
- They help make sure client instructions and pet care details are clear
- They coordinate with management when additional support is needed
- And most importantly, they help make sure our sitters, clients, and pets are taken care of!

Having Team Leads available throughout the day gives our sitters another layer of support and our clients another layer of reliability.

We are incredibly proud of this team and the care, patience, and leadership they bring to LPS every single day.
