These are amazing!! A great spin on the 3d printed backdrops - if you want something more natural looking. No hate to the 3d ones - I’m also a 3d shop and I have 3d enclosure inserts. But this is a great alternative 🫶

🚨 SALEM’S CLUTCH #2 FINAL COUNT: 145 BABIES!!! 🕷️❤️

I thought clutches were supposed to get SMALLER each time!? Apparently Salem didn’t get that memo because clutch #1 was 134 babies! 🤣

My life just got 145 times busier! 🤪

For the last few days, Salem has hardly been in the hide with her babies, and last night she didn’t even sleep in there. The babies are crawling around outside of the thick webbing and peeking out of the hide, so we’ve officially moved on to the next step!

I removed the entire nursery hide from Salem’s enclosure and moved it into a butterfly net. Now we wait for the tiny army to start dispersing so I can begin separating them. Here we go again… 🤪😂

Meanwhile, I gave Salem 3 new hides to choose from because judging by the size of that b***y… egg sac #3 is probably coming soon. 😩

And given its spooky season, she appropriately chose the candy corn hide. At least she’s festive while she continues to ruin my free time. 🤣🧡🖤

🚨 ATTENTION — TEMPORARY SHOP UPDATE 🚨

We’ve had to make the difficult decision to temporarily limit our Etsy listings.

Between working our regular full-time jobs, keeping up with orders, and caring for 200+ of Salem’s babies from TWO egg sacs (with another on the way!)… life at Nevajaspoods has been especially busy lately. 😂 We’re doing our best to juggle it all while still attempting to have somewhat of a life in between, but needless to say, we’re feeling a little overwhelmed right now. 😩🕷️🕷️🕷️

Our biggest priority is making sure we can continue giving these babies the time and care they need to grow into healthy, thriving little spoods. ❤️

So for the time being, we are streamlining our shop and temporarily removing some of our more labor-intensive items. We’ll be focusing primarily on our 3D-printed décor and enclosures—items we can continue creating and shipping in a timely manner without taking away from the daily care these babies require.

This is temporary! Once Salem decides to give us a break 😂 and we’re able to start sending some of these babies off to their new homes, we’ll begin bringing more of our regular products back.

Thank you SO much for your patience, understanding, and continued support of our little business. We absolutely love what we do—we just have a whole lot more tiny legs to take care of than usual right now. 🕷️❤️

Baby update 🍼

We have 118 i4 babies & Salem’s second egg sac is literally DAYS away from emerging! Look at those tiny black dots with legs, moving around in the nest! 🥹🖤

Raising baby jumpers is definitely a labor of love! To the breeders who do this full time — my hat is off to you guys because this is a LOT of work!! 🎩👏

And judging by Salem’s b***y, apparently she has NO intentions of letting me clock out anytime soon - her b***y is HUGE AGAIN! This girl is keeping me BUSYYYYYY! 🫠😂

What feeding 120+ spiderlings at 11pm looks like - we have almost all i4s now! Only a handful of i3s still 💜🕷️🕷️🕷️ We started at 10:15pm and ended at midnight - raising babies is definitely a task 💕
