Such a great day yesterday at our dressage clinic! We spent the day at the barn from 9 AM until well past 5, with each rider getting individual time with Laura. So much was learned and so many gains were made. We’re incredibly thankful to Laura for coming out and working with us and blessed to have Kevy join us with her riders as well!

7:00 PM Adult Lesson Update!

Tonight’s 7:00 PM adult lesson will be held as scheduled! 🙌

Due to the current field conditions, we’ll be adjusting our focus for the evening. We’ll be working on flatwork, with cavaletti and pole work mixed in to keep things fun and engaging! 🐎✨

It’s been a few shows since I’ve done a ribbon picture. Not because my riders and horses haven’t done amazing, but more so because by Sunday evening I’m too exhausted.

But so many riders had break throughs this show I had to post something.

Clara and Tommy figured out how to work as a team and got champion in the 2’ hunters. And Clara faced her fears of showing the pocket rocket pony in the jumper ring and had some fantastic jumper trips! Not only winning the ones where time matters but also winning when the score was based on optimum time.

Ayelet and cookie have always been a force to be reckoned with, but watching them move up to some 2’ classes was so much fun!

Sasha and Zero got tri-color ribbons in 2 divisions AND moved up to the 2’ jumpers and 18” hunters (with solid ribbons in both!)

Maeve and Jasper learned a lot this weekend! Including that Maeve could ride an entire course successfully with one stirrup after she had a tack malfunction. And they got champion in one of their divisions!!

Cassie and Spirit over came some rider error issues on Saturday to finish the weekend so strong! And Cassie bravely took yearling horse, Clue into his first class!

What a great show for everyone!!
