Happy holidays to all of our beloved clients ! It is a very busy time of year for all paws on deck as a small business in a town where dogs are our family . In the past week we have had several issues with no shows and very late arrivals , due to the high demand of grooming appointments before Christmas if you are more then 20 minutes late your groomer reserves the right to turn you away as late arrivals effects us negatively. If you no show or are more then 20 minutes late you are considered a NO SHOW and NO SHOWS ARE FULL PRICE OF THE GROOM in order to be rescheduled. We understand everyone is busy and there is a lot going on but late arrivals and no shows prevent us from being able to get someone else in off of our long cancellation list. We love everyone so much and only want to be able to provide the best care for our furry friends, so we kindly ask everyone to please respect our late arrival and no show policy.
