Meet Buck. 🥹🐾
Buck is a sweet 2-year-old hound who has never met a cuddle he didn’t like and never turned down an opportunity to play. ❤️
He’s the kind of dog who just wants to be close to his people, soaking up affection one minute and having fun the next. And when it comes to other dogs? Buck LOVES them. 🐶❤️ He would absolutely love to have a dog sibling to play with, nap with, and get into all the usual doggy shenanigans with.
But Buck has a little battle story of his own.
Once, another dog attacked him, and Buck was left with a serious injury that ultimately meant he lost one of his toes. It was a scary experience, but somehow, it didn’t change his heart.
Buck still loves dogs.
He still wants to play.
He still wants to make friends.
And he is still the same sweet, affectionate boy he was before. 🥹❤️
These days, Buck is pretty proud of his unique little foot — one toe short and all. 😉🐾 He wears it like a badge of honor, proof that he went through something scary and came out the other side without letting it make him bitter or afraid.
Honestly, we could all learn a little something from Buck.
He could have let one bad experience change the way he sees the world. Instead, he decided there are still friends to meet, toys to play with, people to cuddle, and so much life to enjoy. 🥰
