Our office will be closing at 3:30 today due to the threat of inclement weather. While taking care of your pets is our top priority, for the safety of our staff and our clientele we have decided closing a little early is the best option. We apologize for any inconvenience. We plan to be open Monday at normal business hours. Stay safe!

We are looking to hire a registered veterinary technician -or- a veterinary assistant. Pay is competative and dependent on experience. We are willing to train the right candidate but will give preference to experience. You must be able to restrain pets safely, collect appropriate lab samples or radiographic images, and work diligently to keep our office and care facilities clean. Patient care is our number one priority with customer service being a close second. Our medical record system is entirely computer based, so you must have great computer skills.

We work together as a team and expect a high level of professionalism. This means that attendance must be regular and prompt, you must have reliable transportation and child care, you must dress clean and professionally and you have to be able to keep your cool under pressure. Both background and drug checks may be required.

Benefits are available including pet care discounts, uniform allotment and paid time off. Full time schedules are around 32-36 hours weekly at our office. The hours are Monday-Thursday 8am- 5:30pm. (No weekend or emergency hours required.)

Our Pet Costume Contest will be this week Monday October 26th - Friday October 30th. Bring your pet by our office in a costume for a chance to win a prize!

One random winner will receive a boarding pass for two nights with our friends at Kadillac Kennel. Our staff favorite dog costume will win a seasonal Greenie Package (including Scary Berry and Pumpkin Spice greenies) and our staff favorite cat costume will win a Halloween cat toy.

No purchase necessary. All of our patients that visit us this week will receive a (trick-or) treat pack including the same treats we like to use with your pets during our exams. 🧡

We will have bagged treats for your four-legged cuties all week. Also, we have a costume contest!

Bring your pet by in their costume and they will be entered to randomly win a prize! (Prizes will be finalized and announced next week.)

Great kitten adoption event. Saturday at our thrift store next door to Arby's on Hwy 64 in Murphy from 10-4. We will have over 30 kittens, all kinds and colors. Plus, if a playful kitten is not your thing and you'd rather have an adult cat just to sit in your lap and cuddle, we will have about 20 of those too. We have white ones and black ones, and black and white ones. We have grey ones, and yellow ones, and calico ones, and tortishell ones. We even have a couple of siamese ones. All are spayed or neutered and have been vaccinated, and are available for adoption for only $10 at this event! Hurry in and pick yours out!
