Today, we remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and honor the courage, compassion, and sacrifice of the first responders, service members, volunteers, and families forever affected.
We also recognize the extraordinary search-and-rescue dogs and their handlers who worked tirelessly in the aftermath, bringing skill, comfort, and unwavering devotion during an unimaginably difficult time. Their work is a powerful reminder of the bond between people and animals, and of the hope and healing that bond can provide.
From all of us at The Animal Hospital Of Maple Valley thank you to the heroes, both human and canine, who served, and to those who continue to serve their communities every day. We will never forget. š¾šŗšø
