Wildfire Farms Wildfire Farms is a family-owned equine facility and home to Metallic Memorey. Built in 2006, the farm is in impeccable condition.

We offer arena rentals, open riding packages, and retirement care for horses in a welcoming and quaint environment. Wildfire Farms is a premier equine facility located on 40 acres between Buffalo and Maple Lake, MN. Amenities include: heated barn, 70 x 150 indoor with mirrors, viewing platform, regulation outdoor dressage ring, round pen, 2 wash stalls, fly spray system, 12 x 12 box stalls, heated tack and lounge, security system, paddock turn-out.

Forgot About Rey and Travis stepped into their second show of the futurity season—and walked out with a 1st place check in the Intermediate Open today!

It’s an incredible feeling to see him step up and shine so early in his career. Beyond proud, and so grateful for the hard work and dedication Travis has put into bringing out the best in him. 🙏🏻

Forgot About Rey came back in the second go of the Limited Open at the West Texas Futurity for a third place finish! Unfortunately, the composite scores left us just one spot shy of making the finals.

Still — we couldn’t be prouder of this guy. 💙 In just his second time ever in the show pen, he showed so much heart, try, and willingness to be a show horse.

The progress he’s made in such a short time has been incredible to watch, and we’re so thankful for the dedication and hard work our trainer has poured into him. 🙏

This is only the beginning.

Our first baby born here at Wildfire Farms — and the first ever Metallic Memorey foal — hit the show pen today at the West Texas Futurity.
