National Pets for Veterans Day is October 21! 🐾 Today we celebrate the special bond between veterans and the animals who bring companionship, comfort, connection, and plenty of unconditional love into their lives.

For some veterans, that bond can be life-changing. Pets can provide routine, friendship, and a reason to get moving each day, while trained service dogs can also assist with specific needs. ❤️🐶

It’s also a great reminder that shelter and rescue animals may be waiting for their chance to become someone’s best friend.

October 18–24 is all about recognizing the amazing veterinary technicians who work hard every day to keep our furry friends happy and healthy! 🩺🐶🐱

Today, we're giving a special shoutout to Kelly, one of our wonderful Registered Veterinary Technicians at Central Valley Vet Hospital! ❤️

Kelly brings years of experience, a love for veterinary medicine, and a caring heart to everything she does. She works closely with our veterinarians to make sure every pet gets the attention and compassion they deserve.

And when she's not caring for your pets, she's busy with her own family, including her husband Brendan, their two children, and four lucky cats named Chowder, Lewis, Lola, and Simon! 🐱💕
