UPDATE: Sadie has found her forever home🎉
💔 109 days and Sadie is STILL looking for her forever home- unfortunately her foster to adopt situation didn’t work out, at no fault of her own. We adore this girl and we know the right person is out there.
Sadie is great with kids, she has a gentle personality and enjoys being around little ones and tolerates playing dress up, painting nails, and even playing vet. She also helps with teaching your kiddos to pick up their toys because she does tend to sneak a few away if they’re left out.
Sadie loves adventure. She is the first one to jump in the UTV for a little off road excitement. She enjoys running through the fields to burn off energy. Seeing shes only 2-3 years old she is still full of playfulness and has a silly side to her.
Sadie loves to play with the dogs here at the rescue and we think she would enjoy having another companion but it is not her top priority. Sadie bonds super quickly with her people. She does prefer women and seems very nervous around men, but with enough patience and treats she does warm up to the men who show her compassion.
Sadie has had a rough start and was part of an unwanted litter that never found a home. She made her way to us with her brother who is also in foster and still looking for a home of his own. She bonded quickly with her rescue mom, but she needs a home of her own where someone can give her the time and attention she needs to thrive.
Sadie does have some separation anxiety from her past and needs someone who is home most of the day. This is something she is getting better with and we feel that with time and trust it won’t be a problem. Currently when left alone she panic barks and tries to get out of the home to find you, so we do suggest a crate which we would provide. As long as she is with her people, she is pretty awesome and we can’t say enough good things about her.
There MUST be someone willing to give Sadie a chance at a good life. She is the perfect companion, a little buddy, a shadow, a sidekick that won’t let you sleep alone. She’s the best snuggler, the most lovable gal, and we know the perfect person is out there.
