We want to make some things clear. My team and I love our animals and care about there wellbeing above anything!!! There have been some comments after a live video yesterday that have upset us. We promised that if we felt an animal wasn’t happy in our facility we would find them the best life possible somewhere. We spend thousands of dollars weekly to maintain these animals. we buy the best of the best of everything to ensure that!! The $5 per person to see them doesn’t even cover a third of what it cost us. We are losing money daily to give Richland county’s citizens a fun safe place to go and experience to remember. We created this for education, rehabilitation for animals and people and for your enjoyment! If you come into our shop just to bad mouth please stay out! you are not welcome. Idc about my feeling but the hard work my team and family put in there hard work and dedication being discredited is what is upsetting. They deserve praise. Like I said if we feel animals life isn’t good with us we would find them better life’s and we have had to do so a couple times as many of our great customers have seen.

Also complaints about new hours. I’ve made it clear this isn’t permanent. I missed a lot of time with my family this past year. My family deserves me being with them. With that said I’ve told everyone I still go to shop daily to feed and clean and if I’m there I will help you in anyway needed. This is temporary. my family needs me!!! I refuse to let people down me for being the best father I can be!!

Now to all of my great customers you guys are amazing and I love you guys. You have supported my dreams and made them a reality and I’m forever grateful! So thank you all so much!! I know the few complaints are just people you will never please and all that matters are you guys . But I’m just making my feeling and thoughts clear.

Almost at the year mark and the pet store is thriving beyond belief I can’t wait to see how far we can go thanks for all the support- love John
