Schools back in full swing, so back to our normal routines. 📚
From now until the holidays, it’s usually super busy with the normal holiday scramble. So don’t forget to book out. I am booking through January!

***there may be selective openings during this time, but will be for CURRENT clients only.***

Please remember late cancellations (less than 24hrs notice) or no shows are subjected to a 50% fee based off service total. The fee is due before any future bookings. After one no shows fee or late cancellation you may also be required to keep a card on file for the future.

I hate to be a stickler, but a busy August for a lot of people led to a lot of last minute cancellations. I always try and fill the spots but if it’s too late notice, I can’t. (And I usually have a wait list).
This is my job, my income, how I provide for my son and I. I count on this money and although I love my job, I can’t do it on no-shows. So please just be mindful. I try and be as flexible as I can because this life is busy, and I totally understand things happen. Just let me know ☺️

Summer is HERE ☀️ and it’s HOT!! 🥵

Don’t forget to get your babies hair cut for the summer. I am running about 7 weeks out for first available at the moment so don’t forget to book out. My books are open through end of year 😊

As we head into a holiday weekend here soon please note any pet sitting or boarding will be at the holiday rate Friday NIGHT-Monday NIGHT.
The rate is $5/more per visit or $5/more per night. 🐾

It’s been a while 💕

Reminders:
•Late Cancellations-grooming cancellations made with less than 48hr notice are subjected to a 50% cancellation fee based off service total. This is due prior to rebooking.
•Running Late? ⏰ I totally get it! But please, if you’re going to be more than 15min late please let me know. I may have to reschedule.
•No Shows- no shows are subjected to a 50% fee based off service total for no showing the appt. This is due prior to rebooking.
•Please plan to pick your pet up within 30min of being finished with grooming. If they need to stay longer, please let me know, daycare fees may apply.
•Weather ⛈️ - I understand if the storms or rain brings your dog anxiety, if you have a muddy backyard, or whatever the case may be. I offer weather cancellations at no charge, even day of..BUT you have to message prior to your appt.
•I groom ONE Saturday a month. Please only utilize this day if you have to. Late cancellations and no shows will AUTOMATICALLY have 50% fee applied.
•I’m typically booked out 4-6 weeks for first available grooming appointments so don’t forget to book out!
•Boarding and Petsitting rates are higher on holidays.
