Will be casually listing one of my own geldings named Slick❤️ Many of you know him, many of you have shown interest in him before, and he'd certainly be PERFECT for most that are looking! He is an all arounder that can do it all, kind, level headed, willing, an honest and reliable horse w/no stupid crap. This 12yr old + 16/16.1 hand gelding is a money earner, athletic, loves trails, arena work, and having a job! Let him sit for 3-months and tack him up he rides right off without missing a beat! Anyone can ride him- grandma whos never rode before, kids, the hubby etc. Been used as an amateur lesson mount, my kids have all rode him, their friends who had never been on a horse before, my father in law etc. Hes been rode in the sand dunes, trails, traffic, parades, done a whole variety of ranch work throughout the years, had ropes swung off him, did some mounted shooting, rides out with the dogs at his feet, rode double, ba****ck, western & english, jumps, knows a few gaming patterns, ponied horses, been a babysitter to my colts etc.

Slick is a wonderful horse he really is, excellent temperament, in your pocket, gorgeous, dapples galore, easykeeper, gets along with everyone geldings, mares, stallions etc. Respects all fencing. Has no vices, zero. Doesn't receive any type of maintenance except the added vitamins and minerals I like to keep all of my horses on. Been barefoot or kept with fronts due to footing we ride on. Been both pasture and stall board and has no preference. Utd on everything. Several videos in the reel section of the page with him dating back throughout the years and all seasons.

We dont have to home him and wont to just anyone. There will be a no resell clause, he wont be passed around. I sold him once about 6-years ago and he was neglected within a short period, dumped off at an auction house, and would've ended up in the pipeline had I not have found out and intervened. Slick is loved, content, and a real gem! 💎 If this post comes down he's no longer available or I changed my mind. It's no easy decision to list one of your own. I meet nice horses all the time so if one ends up as part of my family and crew that means something. Will gather photos and take some new ones to share pending he doesn't get reserved prior. His best friend is Bid Red another one of my geldings but he is not listed I however would consider homing them together as they are best friends and been together for around 6 years now. ❤️

Anyone headed to work cattle with your Thoroughbreds this weekend? Bravo is!! May even snap some pics if I remember. Goal #1 this weekend is to soak up the beautiful summer weather and LIVE, truly LIVE!! Grilling, bonfires, and horses!! We encourage you to do the same! ✌️

Weatherman predicted four inches of rain and I'm going to have to disagree! Rained literally all night until just after 5pm today. 🌧 Sure looks and feels like we got 8+! We now have a lake that didnt exist before and is deeper then my rain boots allow. Horses are about to get some turnout finally as the rain has stopped for the moment. It's sweatshirt weather 62° out it's a nice change that won't last but we'll enjoy it while it's here! Theres a nice breeze and the bugs are non existent 👌
