Little Rascals Cat Sanctuary, Inc. Little Rascals Cat Sanctuary is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization located in Manistee, Michigan.

Our goal is to provide a safe haven and fur-ever home for cats that have been abandoned, abused, neglected, and are in desperate need of care.
