The power has been restored to the clinic. We have a limited number of support staff in today to begin the process of rescheduling appointments. We do not have a doctor in the clinic today or tomorrow, so we are not able to see any appointments. Please be patient while our staff works to reschedule the last three days of appointments.

CLOSED Wednesday: still no power. Today’s appointments will be canceled and when we get power back on we will work on rescheduling the 3 days worth of appointments from being closed.

As you can imagine, the clinic is buried in snow. We are also still without power, so all appointments today will be rescheduled once we are able to get back up and running. If you don't need to go anywhere, please stay home - it is not nice outside! Stay safe and warm!

The hits just keep on coming! We are currently without power. If you have an appointment scheduled today, we are still planning on seeing everyone. Please note that we will not be able to take x-rays or run bloodwork aside from the 4dx tick screen test. We will be attempting to contact everyone on today's schedule to confirm appointments.

⚠️IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT⚠️
Our staff has caught the crud that has been going around! Unfortunately for us, it's hitting just about everyone at the same time. That said, we will still be seeing the already booked appointments tomorrow, but we will have very limited staff, so we will not be able to accommodate any urgent appointments tomorrow. The phones will be turned off as we will most likely not have enough staff to monitor the phones. If you need to get in touch with us, you can send a message via PetDesk or send an email to [email protected]. Please give the staff that is able to make it in tomorrow some grace while we try to navigate this roadblock. Things make take longer than they normally would with so much of our staff out sick.
We will update everyone for what Tuesday will look like at the end of the day tomorrow (Monday). Hopefully you all stay healthy!

Happy Monday Manistee! Today marks the beginning of the last month we're taking donations for Homeward Bound Animal Shelter. We are taking items as well as monetary donations. Check out their Amazon Wish List for ideas on what they need.

It's the season of giving and we're getting in the spirit! We contacted our friends at Homeward Bound Animal Shelter to see what items they need at the shelter. The items listed are the high-priority, "right now" needs of the shelter. Click on the QR code to go directly to their Amazon wish list. We will be collecting through the end of February, so feel free to stop in during our regular business hours to drop off any items you have.

🚨ATTENTION🚨
Due to the weather and afternoon cancelations, the office will close at 3pm today to give our staff ample time to make it home safely. If you must go out in this weather, please stay safe. Make sure your fur babies are protected from this cold weather! See you tomorrow at 8:30am.

We have power - many hours before our original restoration estimate! Thank you to all the line workers who made it happen!
We are here until noon today. We will be closed tomorrow, but back at it Friday. Happy New Year everyone!

We are OPEN today. We are able to see limited exams and give vaccines. Once again, due to power outage, we will not be able to run diagnostics - bloodwork, x-rays, etc. We are not able to fill non-critical medication like preventatives. Our phones are being forwarded to our after-hours cell phone, so please be patient since we can only speak to one client at a time.
