Summer travel = lots of pup sleepovers… and sometimes a little extra snuggle time.

As we head into the busy vacation season, it’s a good time to refresh everyone on Canine Cough — the dog‑version of a cold. It’s usually mild, sometimes unavoidable, and something we stay on top of every day.

Here’s what we do to help keep our pack healthy:
• Veterinary‑grade disinfectants (rooms disinfected twice during standard cleaning)
• Fresh‑air systems and regular air‑cycling fans
• Isolation procedures if a dog shows symptoms
• Tracking and documenting any reported cases

If your pup ever starts coughing after a stay, just give us a quick call so we can note it and help guide you on next steps.
