The OG Stella has slowed down but not in spirit. It was so good to get her back to MT. That look back is a heart puller.

That’s not a super hero uniform. For a year we have treated an abscess on three different occasions. We’d treat it with antibiotics and it would go away. Then it would come back again in 6 months. About 5 weeks after whelping Litter HH it started showing up again. We suspected a grass awn but also suspected it may work its way out. Based on where it was located it could have been difficult to get to. Turns out while prepping her for surgery to go get it, the abscess burst. When it did the awn came out. They still went in and removed a bunch of nasty tissue. Ruby is home now. The trick will be keeping her calm. Pretty amazing something so small can cause such a problem.
