Dear Valued Clients,

Due to a significant pipe break beneath South Windsor Veterinary Clinic, our clinic will need to temporarily close next Tuesday and Wednesday.

Our office will be closed on Monday in observation of Labor Day.

Tuesday: Our lobby will be open from 10:00 AM–2:00 PM for medication and food pick-up only. We will not be seeing patients during these hours or able to assist with any medical concerns.

Wednesday: The clinic will be completely closed, including medication and food pick-up. On this day, we will have major work happening on the property.

Unfortunately, all appointments scheduled for Tuesday and Wednesday will need to be canceled. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and understand that changes to your pet’s appointment can be frustrating, especially when they are unexpected. Our team will be reaching out to affected clients regarding their appointments and rescheduling as soon as possible.

We plan to continue to keep everyone informed as the project moves along.

If your pet has an urgent medical concern while we are closed, please seek care at your nearest emergency veterinary hospital.

We would like provide an update that we will unfortunately be closed for the remainder of the day today.
We will be accepting medication pick up for a portion of the day but will be closing early around 4pm.

Tonight we said “See ya later!” to Carleigh. She’s headed back to vet school! She has learned a lot over the last two months, made a big difference in the clinic, and taught clients and coworkers so much. We thank you Carleigh for spending your summer with us. We appreciate your kindness, eagerness, and initiative you’ve taken to make the building an even better place. We can’t wait to see you back during your break!
