🍄Just picked! Over 5lbs total of Shiitake mushrooms. $10 for a generous half pound. $20/lb and we can even split them down to $5 bags if your curious to try them. They're great sautéed, on burgers, sandwiches, in soups, salads and more! 🍔

👋We're excited to offer freshly baked large zucchini muffins and newly harvested kale seeds for sale. Each item is priced at $2, or $3 for a mix-and-match pair. We have six of each available. The muffins are made with zuchinni from our garden and eggs from our own chickens, using the attached recipe. The kale seeds can be planted now for a fall harvest, with each bag containing approximately 100 seeds. Please send a message to arrange a contactless pickup near the Hungry Wolf restaurant. 🧁🥒🥚🥬 (P.s. thank you for your patience as we upgrade our mushroom growing business. More are coming soon!)

"Garlic scapes are the edible flower stalks of hardneck garlic plants, harvested in late spring and early summer. They have a mild, garlicky flavor and a texture similar to asparagus. Scapes are often removed from the garlic plant to encourage the bulb to grow larger, making them a bonus harvest for garlic lovers. Garlic scapes can be used in many dishes as a substitute for garlic or green onions. They can be chopped and added to stir-fries, soups, stews, omelets, and dips. Scapes can be grilled, roasted, or pickled. They can be used to make garlic scape pesto.
