🚶‍♀️Walk-in nail trims are always welcome weekdays, too! $17 Tues-Fri 8am-2pm

💉For nail trims clients, all dogs must be up to date on Rabies Vaccine. Bordetella and Distemper highly suggested.

🐾Please make sure you are not allowing your dogs to rush up to others. Keep in mind I open my doors to all dogs, including those who are dog aggressive/avoident. Not all dogs want to play! Leave those extendable leashes at home!

Hey guys!

You are now all in the system and can expect to see your link come through. Here is a fake profile for you guys to see. Please complete the to do list, including the Terms of Service page, which is just my shop policies.

In regards to the credit card on file: this is OPTIONAL in Groomer.IO, only to make check out faster for you. The card I keep on file for you per my policy is in Square, which keeps the information secure. I'm not able to see the whole number, only the last 4 digits and the expiration. Making this switch has brought it to my attention I have missed getting some of your cards on file in Square.

In today's world, I understand the hesitation with giving card info, but rest assured, your card number can not be hacked from inside Square. And I promise, I am not memorizing them if I type them in. I don't ever have to use your card, if you ever cancel last minute or no show, you can still stop in and pay another way if needed.

I continue to have customers no show or cancel and having the cards on file ensures my business can keep its doors open. The income I bring in from each of you DOES matter. I can't eat the cost of no shows. Those of you who have NEVER canceled or no showed, please don't take this personally. It's truly just a business decision.

Thank you for your understanding! At your next visit, please expect to add your card to Square if you haven't already.

The shop will be closed tomorrow, Wednesday September 16th!

My husband and I have never taken off for our anniversary, so we are celebrating our 9th tomorrow with (hopefully) no business talk from either of us!🤪

I have some exiting news, guys!!

I made the major headache decision to get a software system for my business!

What does this mean for you?
You will be getting automated messages regarding scheduled and canceled appointments, notified when the pups are done, and access to a profile to see all upcoming appointments and your personal information.

What does this mean for me?
I will be working a lottttttttt of overtime adding everyone to the system, plus adding all of your existing appointments to the software calender. This is, unfortunately, going to take time to get caught up. However, when it is all done, I will be working less on the day to day with the help of the system. 😜

******All of your appointments are still valid, even if you don't see them on your profile!******

If you have an appointment coming up in the next few weeks, please expect a text message from Groomer.IO. I'm still working out of my book until everyone is in the system and calender!

I ask for patience as I learn to use the software. I am confident this will be great for everyone!

I am still unable to accept any new clients.

This is always bittersweet for me to say, as I would love to pamper every single pup in York, PA! However, I only have 2 hands and one tub so I limit my schedule down to a certain number of dogs who fit inside my shop hours. Those dogs returning 8 weeks or less fills up my book ahead of time. Believe it or not, Christmas is already almost booked up!

I am forever grateful to have the existing clients that I do, and it is such a compliment to know many others want to join my client list here in Manchester! I wouldn't be able to own my dream little business without all of you. 🥰
