Supervisor stopped by for a route inspection today. 🐸🫡
He didn’t say much, just sat there judging the quality of the cleanup and making sure standards were being maintained around the yard. I think we passed inspection. 😂
One thing about this job — you never know what kind of little backyard visitors you’re gonna run into.

Wishlist Wednesday, starring two floppy-eared professionals sitting in a box pretending they pay rent around here.

I would like to formally request yak chews. I’m recovering from my “came into rescue sounding like I smoked a pack a day” era, but I’m doing much better now. Since I’ve been brave through all my meds and snorts and general puppy inconveniences, I feel I deserve premium chewing options.

Counterpoint: cow hooves. Specifically the stinky ones foster parents regret buying immediately after opening the package. Those are my favorite.

Together, we would also like to report that humans apparently care about “practical needs” too. Boo. Fine. We are currently very low on XL washable potty pads, and they are a HUGE help for puppy fosters with litters. We have none available to send out right now, and they’re currently on sale for $17.99 which is honestly kind of wild.

Pill pockets are also a big need this week because apparently puppies are dramatic about medicine unless it’s hidden inside something delicious.

Good news though: we’ll be available for adoption next week. So if you’ve ever wanted a pair of oversized ears with matching opinions, your time is coming.
