*Various young Bantam Pairs - Cochin/Olive Egger, Easter Egger
*Gold Sebright & Serama Old English Cockerels

Plants:

*White Bearded German Iris
*Shasta Daisy
*Strawberries
*Variegated Sweet Flag (Marginal Pond)
*Lotus (will only bring 1-2 unless more serious interest)

Sorry for the lack of activity with updates this week.

There has been a lot going on, including our first experience with EPM in one of the horses. This was something we had always heard about and took what precautions we could, but hadn't experienced until now. It was tough to watch & we had that hard decision to make, causing us all some heartbreak and just spending time together to get through it.

We are indeed preparing to be set-up/participate at Hannah's Poultry Swap in Shelbyville this Saturday morning. Stay tuned for updated pictures this evening of what we will have along 😊

We've been having a few challenges this spring, as we do each year, but this year has been a little more than usual. Today we had a visit with our fellow chicken tenders Atlas Farms & during our meeting of minds began discussing feed, to find that things have changed drastically in the feed we have been giving our flocks for the past 3-4 years.

We are not sharing this to bash any companies, but sharing rather to remind you to check the tags on the bags!

So now seeing that we weren't getting our 💲 worth in feed, we wanted to stay with non GMO & have switched to Tucker Milling 😉 Can't wait to see how everyone feels with this stuff, it looks great!

💥Tomorrow morning mom will be at the Monteagle Flea Market!💥

Since I have to work, she has kindly offered to take some birds along. Trying not to overload her, so we are sending her with 3 Bantam Pairs & 1 Bantam Trio!

We do have plenty of straight run chicks ready to go, but she will not have them along tomorrow. I will be available for meet ups for chicks Wednesday & Thursday.
