Tip of the day: We keep lightweight mats and/or dog beds in our cars so the dogs always have a comfortable place to settle at restaurants and breweries. Sometimes the ground is gravel and uncomfy, sometimes it's just helpful to have a recognizable place for them to settle.

Jessie loves her swimming and toy rescue lessons. She’s starting to use her back legs.

Jessie got to check out the first Happy Ratters trial in Texas! Put on by RSA. She did very well being neutral around all the other dogs and was brave enough to approach several people for sniffs including a kiddo. Way to go, Jessie! She would make a fun, little, sport dog.

Vet Visit Ride Alongs! Our kitty is at the vet for a recheck and what a great opportunity for some socialization and acclimation to the vet's office. Jessie gets to come along, smell all the smells, check things out without the focus being on her. A lovely experience for all (well the kitty might disagree but she did well for her blood draw)!

Assistant Trainer Lemmy worked hard on Saturday - teaching a puppy how to play appropriately, how to train a "wait", and recall work. What a good boy!
