Important announcement!
Dr. Martinez will be out of the office from 10/8 to 10/19, walking the Camino de Santiago! This is a trip that has been very anticipated, and we can't wait to hear all his amazing stories when he returns!

We will have a relief vet in the office in his absence, (Dr. Moghal) with the exceptions of 10/9, 10/12, and 10/15. On these days, a member of staff will be present to answer phone calls. We thank you for your patience and understanding as Dr. Martinez takes some well deserved time off and hope you'll join us in wishing him safe travels!

What's Wednesday without a little hump day chaos--we're experiencing some phone and internet issues. (Sneaking online right now while the connection is good!) If you've been placed on hold and the call has dropped, we apologize and we are working hard to return all missed/dropped calls. Please send us a text if you are not able to reach us via phonecall and a member of our team will be in touch ASAP.

When it rains, it pours....and apparently it also destroys the roof of a FedEx facility that was storing/transporting many of our vaccines. 😩😬

We are working to replenish our inventory from alternative warehouses--thank you for your patience as we reschedule appointments to accommodate everyone whose pet is waiting for a vaccine. We are relieved and grateful to learn that no FedEx employees were harmed during the roof collapse.

Old Towne Veterinary Clinic is closed today, Monday June 15th. We deeply apologize for this last minute closure. Dr. Martinez is currently stuck in Oregon as the result of a cancelled flight. We are currently in the process of rescheduling today's appointments, and we are so grateful to our clients for their understanding!

Gotta love a power outage, am I right?
While inconvenient, we intend to "stay cool" and "ride the wave" of this outage until everything is up and running again.

Our phone lines are currently down, but we are able to receive text messages, and a member of our team will be in touch as soon as possible.

Please be advised that we will not have a doctor in the office tomorrow, June 12th. A team member will be here to answer the phone and facilitate prescription pick ups as needed.

UPDATE 2/23, 1PM: There's good news and bad news. To get the bad out of the way: we're still experiencing some connectivity issues, and based on the estimates we have recieved from our IT team, this may extend into tomorrow.

The good news: We're still able to see your voicemails and text messages come through, and we're replying as quickly as we can! Thank you all for your continued patience and kindness as we navigate this issue.

Notice!

We're having some connection issues this morning with our phones and wi-fi. Please bear with us while we sort this out! We'll be checking our text messages and voicemails and getting back to folks in a timely manner, and we hope this will be resolved shortly. Mondays, right? ;)
