RECALL ALERT !!
It has come to our attention that Wedgewood Pharmacy has initiated a voluntary recall of nearly 4,000 compounded products in their catalog due to potency concerns. These products may contain more or less medication than the labels state. Clients who utilize Wedgewood Pharmacy, please search your medication’s lot number on their official recall lookup page here: https://www.wedgewood.com/recall-lookup/
If your pet’s medication has been recalled, please contact Wedgewood recall services at 866-562-5931 Monday through Friday 8am – 9pm ET and Saturday 9am to 5pm ET.
If you are having trouble finding a replacement for your pet’s medication affected by this recall, please call the office and our staff will be happy to assist in finding alternatives. As always, if you feel your pet’s medication is adversely affecting them or any concerns at all, please contact our office.
