See this little turd? I can't even go outside in the mornings right now, because this cool weather has Cisco all kinds of wound up. If I go out into the yard, he zips and bounces around me and attacks my legs, wanting me to grab a ball and play with him. And I do mean, attacks. He doesn't have enough teeth left to nip, but he nose-bumps me, trying to herd me into doing what he wants. And sometimes, he's giving little growls while doing it! This is definitely his kind of weather, and he makes me crack up laughing.

It's 57 degrees this morning, and I look out and see my doggies loving it. Chachi is air-sniffing to see what's going on in the neighborhood, Clarabelle is snacking on a stick, and Cisco is waiting for the neighbor to come by on his morning walk so he can give him a proper barking. 🥰

I don't have favorites, but if I did, this just might be it. The block is called Disappearing Hourglass, and the fabrics are Wildflower Batiks. Each color has its own unique design, and I think it's just lovely. Quilted in wavy lines that give the quilt nice ripples that feel wonderful under your hands. This quilt is all ready for a home where it can be loved for years to come, truly an heirloom.

I hope everyone is getting some nice fall weather like we are. As the air gets crisp, it's the perfect time to cuddle under a quilt! This is my latest quilt. I'm waiting on fabric to finish it up, and then it will be for sale. I'm going to put it on Etsy, unless you guys think I should auction this one off. This one has been a lot of fun.

I don't usually let dogs in my sewing room, but it rained all day yesterday so I made an exception. Glory is scared of storms, so she has to be wherever I am, and she hides under tables or desks. This was Conner's first time in the sewing room, and after he finally finished exploring and settled down, he was a very good boy. Now he knows what the noises coming from the other side of the house were.

I'm shocked. Not only did Misty Blue go outside in the rain, she ran around in it and came inside wet! To my knowledge, this is the first time this diva has ever gotten wet. And yes, that's my bed that she planted her pretty wet butt on, but since I'm changing bedding this morning, I don't care. So great to see her living a happy life and acting like a *gasp* dog. 😄
