Please note that we are not currently taking new grooming clients — sorry! 🙏

But I still want to help owners who can’t find an available groomer, or whose dog has been mistreated. I encourage you to try grooming your own dog rather than handing them over to an unknown, possibly abusive groomer. (I saw a video yesterday of a terrible groomer mishandling a dog here in Hawaii, and it broke my heart 😭)

We all know groomers are in short supply, and there’s no grooming school in Hawaii…

I hope this video helps you learn how to blow-dry your dog at home. I’m not perfect, but I am a certified groomer trained in NYC, and I graduated from dog grooming school in 2003.

I’ll try to post more tips soon on handling and grooming your dog. 🐾

Some dogs show terrified behavior when they’re being left by their owners for grooming. Usually, when they’re dropped off by car, they get panicked inside and refuse to come out. Maluhia is one of them, but once she gets to my place, she’s totally fine 😅 I just want owners to know that, and not to worry too much at my servise 🤙🏼”

🌈🤍 Rest in peace, sweet Zuma 🌈🤍

Today we lost a very special friend — Zuma the Airedale Terrier, one of our long-time clients since 2018. This video is a little memory of him spending time at home with his two Cocker Spaniel housemates, back when I was pet sitting for all three of them (my own pup included!).

Zuma was such a sweet, affectionate boy — even in his senior years, he stayed such a softie who loved to cuddle. On his last pet sitting visit, his arthritis had made it hard for him to stand, but he was still a fighter — pushing himself up to come say hello and wag his tail for me🫶🏼

We will miss you so much, Zuma. Thank you for letting us be part of your life. 🐾
