We know the past month has been frustrating, and we appreciate everyone’s patience while we worked through a few unexpected issues with the auto bay, from faulty wiring to broken pump parts. Trust us, we’ve been just as frustrated! 😅

After a lot of troubleshooting and help from our technicians, we’re excited to finally say…

We’ve had technicians out multiple times, and several parts have already been replaced, with a few additional parts now on order. We are hopeful that the automatic wash will be back up and running by the middle of next week.

We sincerely apologize for the continued inconvenience. Please know we are doing everything we can to get the auto wash running properly and reliably again.

To thank our members for their patience through all of these headaches, we will be giving ALL CURRENT MEMBERS ONE MONTH FREE. We know how frustrating this has been, and we truly appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support! ❤️

We truly have struck some bad luck! 🫣 Our motor, which has already been replaced twice in the last 6 months—with the most recent replacement just 2 weeks ago—has unfortunately died on us again.

We are doing everything in our power to get the auto wash back up and running as soon as possible. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to get this resolved! ❤️

The automatic wash should be back open tomorrow! 🚗Our technicians will be on-site to install the new part, and we’ll post an update as soon as everything is up and running.

Unfortunately, the brand-new motor we had installed on our automatic wash last month has already failed. We’ve overnighted the replacement part and are working to get everything repaired as quickly as possible.

We know this is frustrating, and we truly appreciate your patience. Our customers mean so much to us, and we’re doing everything we can to get the automatic wash back open as soon as possible.

Thanks to everyone who reached out to let us know about the issues with our automatic wash. We tracked the problem down to an air leak in one of the tubes, made the repair, and everything is now running normally again.
