While customers see the fish, reptiles, and exotic pets —there’s a lot of behind-the-scenes care for them that’s needed every day.

Our staff works hard to make sure everyone stays healthy and comfortable.

📦 Keeping 10,000 sq ft stocked is a team effort!

Meet Kyle and Nick - Kyle on left, Nick on right - two of the people working behind the scenes to help keep Bill’s Wonderland supplied with the foods, treats, toys, and pet essentials our customers count on every day.

On average, about 15 pallets of merchandise arrive each week, and there’s plenty of work involved in unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, organizing inventory, and making sure products are ready when customers need them.

The next time you find your pet’s favorite food or treat on the shelf, there’s a good chance Kyle and Nick helped put it there. 🐾💚

🐾 Meet Alfie!

Five-year-old Alfie recently stopped by Bill’s Wonderland of Pets and, according to his family, absolutely loves shopping the aisles, sniffing to see what’s new.🐾

While Flo helped with checkout, Alfie carefully supervised the shopping trip and made sure everything was up to his standards before heading home. 🐕🛍️

What a handsome helper! We always enjoy visits from our four-legged customers and love seeing familiar faces—both human and canine.
