If you haven’t seen or heard we are getting some very cold weather with chance of precipitation.
How do I take care of my horses in times like these…
They get a cozy blanket, plenty of hay and I don’t over grain. I feed Wendland's Farm Products Wendlands One and only.
I add some salt to their food and let them stay out! Getting proper exercise keeps them warm and as my vet says “their tummies are like a furnace and they will be warm when they have plenty of hay.
So stock up if you haven’t already ! Good luck everyone and we will be back to 90 before you know it!

Serenity Equine purposes to serve and empower the youth of Montgomery County, Texas through equine assisted activities. Such activities include, Western and English riding lessons, unmounted horsemanship exercises, and group therapeutic riding classes.
