I came out with a bucket, thinking I was about to have one of those slow, peaceful, ranch-magic moments…

The cows showed up polite and patient.
The crew gathered like, “yes ma’am, we are ready.”

And then…

Steve.

No hello.
No hesitation.
No respect for personal space.

Just straight into the bucket like he pays the feed bill around here.

Meanwhile I’m over here smiling for a picture,
and Steve’s like,
“𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐬𝐧’𝐭 𝐚 𝐩𝐡𝐨𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐭, 𝐢𝐭’𝐬 𝐚 𝐛𝐮𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐭.”

The cows? Shocked.
Me? Not even a little surprised.

Because if there’s a bucket…
Steve’s gonna find it.
If there’s food…
Steve’s already in it.

And somehow, that chaos…
that personality…
that I-do-what-I-want energy…

is exactly what makes this place feel like home. 🤍

Witnesses report the suspect was found “hanging out” in her web, showing zero remorse and excellent pest control skills.

Authorities (Maija, armed with a phone and a healthy respect for bad decisions) have issued the following statement:

“aggressive cuddle-based training exercises.”

No perimeter checks were completed.
No threats were detected.
No regrets were reported.

• Ranch = Secure-ish
• Puppies = Thriving
• Dexter = Still not concerned

At this time, officials confirm morale is at an all-time high…
but productivity remains questionable.
