Those that follow me know that I keep my social media content positive. I don't talk trash about other people, I don't repost things that I haven't substantiated for myself.
I am so discouraged that NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell is so willing to stand behind a man that committed such atrocities to helpless animals. .
What is honor? If these had been people instead of dogs, this man would be imprisoned for life....regardless of whether or not he was remorseful. ..
A convicted felon in any other circumstances would have a difficult time getting a job, not Vick. He had a job that paid him tens of millions and hired an expensive publicist to try and fix his image. .
Some say he paid his debt to society, but did he? Or did high priced lawyers that only a NFL player could afford get him off easy...somehow without even serving time for animal cruelty...?
Roger Goodell has made his position clear, he is standing behind his decision to honor Vick despite close to a million people voicing their opinion on the matter. .
I'm making my position clear too. I stand by the dogs, that don't have a voice and never had a chance in Vick's possession.
So go ahead Roger, stand up for a man who murdered and tortured many dogs, even his own family pets... And laughed about it.... .
I, and I suspect decent human beings everywhere have realized that the NFL is out of step with our own morals and ethics. .
Forgiving is not the same as forgetting. .
