So...today Axl did a thing. He got shaved. He took a trip to Petsdoc for a haircut and they put this sweater on him so he wouldnt be cold. Too cute. He kept it on about half a day, will return the sweater to its rightful owner, but it was fun while it lasted. Axl will feel so much better without the mats in his fur.

We are excited to announce that we are officially launching our new Tee shirts to support our mission here at A Place for Benny . I was waiting for the sample orders to come in to verify quality and I think they did good.

Each Tee shirt features Benny on the front, and on the back is one or more of our current residents at the cathouse. As I create more, more will be added. We only make 8-10 dollars off each, but it gets out our message that will hopefully lead to furever homes. THAT is why we exist.

Hope you like them.

Been very busy around A Place for Benny this week. It takes more time with our 6 newcomers so my mornings and evenings take longer. They are all doing great, and everyone at the cathouse is too. Havent had the time to post much but know that we are working hard to care for each and every one of the precious souls who reside at the cathouse.

Donations continue to trickle in and we give a heartfelt thank you to everyone who donates, both supplies and cash donations are being put to good use. It takes a team effort to do what we do, it truley takes a village. We thank our Creator for giving us the opporunity to serve, and all of you for being the support team.

Here are a few recent photos of our residents as they await thier chance at a furever home, along with some taken of our newcomers. To meet our wonderful residents simply reach out to us on our messenger.

Today we enjoyed a late lunch/ early dinner at Chefferguys Restaurant & Catering Service and afterward I took a nap with Miracle the shaky kitty before the nightly catman duties.

2 things I definatly recommend...

1) dinner at Chefferguys

2) a nap with one of your favorite felines

= A blessed afternoon.

The 6 we took in recently are doing very well, its not the best accommodations with them being on the back porch, but it is air conditioned and enclosed. They like watching out the windows all the happenings of the alley. They have been wormed and deflead, and taking antibiotics for respiritory issues, and are doing great. All are sweet. Will start scheduling getting them fixed next week.

If you would like to meet them, could foster one or two, or are interested in giving one or more a home please reach out. If you would like to donate or sponsor one of them check us out below.
