Well first day of the North Central Sectional Classic started today with Jim Douglas & Meredith Mays in the saddle judging the Limited All Age. Temps got pretty warm but we finished. There were 8 dogs drawn, Keith & I had 4 bye dogs. The winner NGSPA dogs came from the last brace which Keith ran Chief owned by Jake Phipps and I ran Molly owned by Mary & Brooks Carmichael. It was an exciting brace and brother & sister complimented each other. Both had 2 or 3 finds and a back each and finished strong to the front. Junior is owned by David O’Brien and he handled Junior he also had a nice couple finds and finished strong. 4th was Tater owned by Terry & Kirk Bomer ran in the first brace. Tater had a very huge race gone some and had two finds and also finished strong. BIG THANKS TO BOB & JAN ERBE, BOBBIE & HIS SIGNIFICANT OTHER, BROOKE BURKE AND ALWAYS ARE JUDGES JIM & MEREDITH!!
