Our highly knowledgeable and well mannered team provides our clients the best service in the industry! We are always willing to answer your questions and discuss your aquarium with you. Our team members provide a wide array of services including design, installation/tear down, and maintenance for any aquarium, no matter the size! In our new 12,000 square foot climate controlled warehouse, we have holding systems for all the fish and corals we sell to our clients. We hold all livestock for a minimum of two weeks to make sure all fish are healthy and eating before sending them out to their new home. We guarantee all of our livestock...even our saltwater fish! We bring in domestic shipments weekly and international shipments monthly in order to stay supplied and offer our clients a diverse selection of products. In addition to our livestock, we also carry dry goods and aquarium products.

The remodel is done and the doors are open at Big Kahuna Tropical Fish! New aquarium systems, a fresh layout, and tanks stocked straight from our livestock and quarantine systems behind the scenes. Come see it!

🐠 BIG CHANGES ARE COMING TO BIG KAHUNA!

After a lot of planning, we're excited to announce that we're completely remodeling the Big Kahuna Tropical Fish retail store.

Our retail store will be temporarily closed October 1–14 while we complete the remodel, and we will reopen Thursday, October 15.

This change actually brings Big Kahuna closer to the vision we had when we built our current facility. A major part of what we do is bring in fish and livestock from suppliers and farms around the world. We receive large shipments that need to be unloaded, acclimated, quarantined, sorted and prepared before they're ready for sale.

Going forward, Monday through Wednesday will be dedicated to receiving and preparing livestock, maintaining our quarantine and holding systems, filling direct orders, shipping online orders, and supporting our aquarium service operation. Then, Thursday through Sunday, our focus shifts to the retail store and our walk-in customers.

Rather than using a large portion of the retail floor as a holding area, we're creating a more focused and streamlined retail store that can be continually stocked from the much larger livestock and quarantine systems behind the scenes.

We're installing new aquarium systems and creating a fresh new layout, while allowing us to make better use of the rest of our facility for livestock holding, quarantine, online shipping and direct orders.

The goal is simple: give our team dedicated time to properly receive and prepare livestock, and give our walk-in customers our full attention when the retail store is open.

This is much closer to how we originally envisioned Big Kahuna operating, and we're excited to finally put the pieces together.

Monday–Wednesday: Retail store closed

Our online, livestock, warehouse and service operations will continue throughout the week.
