Two girls. Two best friends. Two of the longest residents at our Cove Lifesaving Center. 💔
Trix arrived with her puppies on December 30th, and while all of her babies have moved on to homes of their own, sweet Trix is still waiting. At around 3 years old and 65 lbs, she’s the perfect mix of playful and loving. She’s energetic, loves going for walks, and gets along great with both male and female dogs. No matter how long her days at the rescue get, she still greets life with excitement and a wagging tail.
Then there’s Faye — just a baby herself at only 9 months old. We’ve had her since February 17th, meaning she’s spending some of her biggest growing moments here with us instead of in a home. Around 50 lbs, Faye is social, goofy, loves people, and enjoys walks and playing with her dog friends. She gets along wonderfully with both male and female dogs, loves water, and will happily splash around in the baby pool any chance she gets. She’s the kind of dog that brings fun wherever she goes.
These two girls became roommates along the way, and they absolutely adore each other. They’ve watched roommate after roommate leave for forever homes while they continue waiting for someone to choose them. Day after day, they stay hopeful that their turn is coming too.
Both girls are spayed, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, dewormed, and on preventions — completely ready for a family of their own.
Come meet Trix and Faye at the Cove Lifesaving Center and help us make sure these sweet girls don’t keep getting overlooked. 🐾
