NorthStar WI Dog Rescue & Advocacy We are no longer taking rescue dogs. NorthStar WI is still a 501c(3) non-profit group based in Madison, Wisconsin. Big dogs don't do well in shelters.

We work with other rescues to provide medical care to dogs in need. We have extensive rescue and fostering experience with German Shepherds, Dutch Shepherds, and Belgian Malinois. While, we are not currently fostering, we do offer advice on surrendering and rehoming options. Let us help with rehoming!
