Hi everyone! This is Janet from Blue Sky Pet Spa.
Many of you may remember that we used to groom cats years ago. About five years back, we made the difficult decision to focus solely on dogs as we felt it wasn’t fair for our feline guests to be surrounded by the sights, sounds, and smells of their canine cousins.
Over the years, my love for cats has only grown stronger. I finally decided it was time to create something I’ve wanted to do for a long time—a peaceful spa experience designed exclusively for cats.
Announcing the Blue Sky Cat Club!
Beginning next month, I’ll be offering one-on-one cat grooming appointments on select Wednesdays each month, when there will be no dogs in the salon. My goal is to give each kitty a quiet, relaxed experience with plenty of time, patience, and lots of gentle handling.
Each cat will enjoy a warm hydro-massage bath, cozy heated towels to relax on, calming music created especially for cats, and plenty of breaks if they need them. I’ll also have a variety of treats available, or you’re welcome to bring your cat’s favorite snacks from home.
If you’d like to schedule an appointment, simply text a photo of your kitty to 256-653-2730 and tell me a little about them. I’ll be happy to answer any questions and explain exactly what to expect.
Cats are masters at hiding discomfort, so keeping their skin and coat healthy is more important than many people realize. Whether your cat needs help with shedding, mats, or just deserves a little pampering, I’d love the opportunity to care for them.
