Finally dried off after a very wet dog show weekend and have time to wish I took more photos🫠. Having left the show before it ended driving in the storm home, we just received notice from CNC that Chad, MBISS GCH EvenKeel N Bowater Return to Capeside, WINS
✨✨ 𝐁𝐄𝐒𝐓 𝐎𝐅 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐁𝐄𝐒𝐓✨✨
in specialty shows from the specialty weekend.
With the only goal, to bring this guy to show at an indoor show for the first time, he was only entered in 4 of the 6 shows and in the ribbons each time he showed with 2 Best of Breeds and 2 Selects in a large lineup of specials. Thank you Ryan Platt for taking the reins and piloting him to these wins. Our sincere appreciation to judges John Wade, Ron Horn, Doug Johnson and Betty McDonnell for finding him in the lineups each time he entered the ring.
Our girl Nora, Bowaters Paramount EvenKeel Kismet also came with the same intention to experience an indoor dog show and show for the first time at just 6mo old. She was entered in sweeps just twice out of the 6 shows and both times earned
✨Best in Sweeps✨
Having fun (lots of it!) with her Auntie Jessie. She also showed in the regular classes and was RWB to the major from the 6-9 class over the big girls!
We are so proud of Eliza, CH Recurves Bowater N EvenKeel Night Crossing, also only entered in 4 of 6 shows, having only shown a handful of times, for finishing her championship with all 5pt majors and going select after moving up to breed. Thank you Brian Cuoco for everything you do for her.
Congratulations to all and a big thank you to Colonial Newfoundland club for all of your hard work and hospitality throughout the weekend.
