A Sneak Peek of the Vision for Bark Manor 🐾

We are so excited to begin sharing more of the story behind Bark Manor.

This project began in the conceptual phase over a year ago, when Dr. Nat partnered with local real estate experts and developers, and began searching throughout Madison The City and surrounding areas for the perfect lot and location.

As many people know, new construction and business development in Madison can be a detailed and lengthy process. We have taken each step thoughtfully and intentionally because our goal is to bring something truly special to the pets and families of this community.

We are thrilled to share that our property is now under contract, and our site plans were submitted to the City of Madison on June 8th for the July meeting!

There is still much work ahead as we continue working with local officials, the Mayor’s office, and an expert design team to bring this vision to life. Our hope is to create an amazing space where Madison pets can receive exceptional veterinary care, enjoy luxury boarding, and experience doggy day care in a facility designed around their health, safety, comfort, and happiness.

Meet Our Founders 🐾

Hi, I’m Dr. Nat, founder of Bark Manor!

Together with my husband, Ryan, and a few dear friends — introductions to follow — Bark Manor was created from a shared love for animals, community, and thoughtful, personalized care.

I graduated from LSU School of Veterinary Medicine in 2016, and Ryan graduated from Mississippi State(Go Dawgs!). Ryan is originally from Yazoo City, Mississippi. Together, we founded Cormier Animal Hospital in 2021, followed by The Lodge Pet Resort in 2023.

Our hearts are deeply rooted in building and serving our local community. Whether through veterinary medicine or pet hospitality, we believe families deserve care that feels personal, intentional, and truly connected.

Our mission for Bark Manor is simple, yet profound:
