es to run and play with other dogs, and has been my personal exercise program since he joined our family in the spring of 2015. For me, that was 53 pounds ago, and dropping! Hiking, ball play, and since 2021, Lure Coursing. Mattingly turns 10 this year and he's slowing down. His little step-sister, Taylor is the face you see in our Lure Coursing pics, and on our Lure Coursing poster. She is nothing like Mattingly personality-wise, but she is the fastest thing I've seen on 4 legs. So much so that we're taking AKC Events like Lure Coursing and F-CAT (I know, means nothing, right?) and rebranding them into exercise programs and competitive events that will help dogs get the exercise they need while providing the convenience that humans require in this busy post-pandemic world. Follow us on social media and consider making your dog a member of the Alpha Dog 's Run Activities & Events Club...or Alpha Dog Club for short. We're a new business in the dog world, but we've been dog people our whole lives. We play with them, nurture them, travel with them, and couldn't think of a life without them. A quick heads-up: Alpha Dog Events will not be attending the Watertown Canine Carnival on Saturday.

Join us on Saturday, June 20th at the Dog Bark Park in Watertown for a tail-wagging good time. Your pup can race through our Fun Run course, burn off some energy, and show off their speed while enjoying a day packed with dog-friendly activities, vendors, contests, and more.

🐾 What a day at Madison CT Lions Day!

We had an incredible time bringing the Alpha Dog Fun Runs to the Madison Town Green. The weather couldn't have been better, the live music kept the energy high, and it was great seeing so many local vendors, families, and of course, amazing dogs throughout the day.

A huge thank you to the Madison Lions Club, all of the event organizers, vendors like Hooves Hounds & Whiskers, and everyone who stopped by to let their pups have some fun in the corral. We loved meeting so many new friends and seeing familiar faces!

🐾 Paws & Pints was a blast!

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by and let their dogs take on the Alpha Dog Fun Runs. Special thanks to Sarafina for capturing some amazing videos of all the pups showing off their speed, confidence, and personality on the course.

We had a fantastic time and can't wait to return for the fall event at Two Roads Brewing Company

If you missed us, don't worry, we'll be back in action this weekend at PawPawLooza at Pleasant Paws Pet Center and the following weekend at the Watertown Canine Carnival hosted by Watertown Parks-Rec Dept . We hope to see you and your dogs there!
