Happy Furry Friend Friday from us at EarthWise!

Every Friday we share a furry friend to celebrate their adorableness and impeccable manners (or lack thereof)! This week we'll be celebrating Sconnie, who belongs to our Shorewood Hills groomer Bailey! Sconnie enjoys sitting completely still and awkwardly staring at you until you're convinced he's actually a person in a dog suit pleading for help. He's not though, he's just a very sweet and weird boy. With a nickname like Spoon and a borderline obsessive affinity for his mommy, how could you not love this lanky guy? His favorite toy (pictured in slide #6) is a stuffed Big Foot, which is very fitting given his cryptid-like demeanor.

If you'd like your pet to be potentially shared on our page, shoot us a message with their name, a quick blurb about their personality, and your best photo!

Bone broth: a little pour with plenty of possibilities!🥣🐱
A pet-safe bone broth can add flavor and moisture to your cat or dog's meal, making it especially helpful for picky eaters or cats who could use more hydration.

Always choose a product made specifically for pets and
free from unsafe ingredients such as onion and garlic.

Not sure which one to bring home? Stop by your locally owned EarthWise for some guidance - and maybe a cheeky treat for your furry friend? 👀

Happy Furry Friend Friday from us at EarthWise!

Every Friday we share an adorable furry friend to celebrate their adorableness and impeccable manners (or lack thereof)! This week we'll be celebrating... drumroll, please... STUBBLES MCCHUBBLES! This twice-baked potato belongs to our very own groomer Jenni! And yes, that is his legal name. Lovingly dubbed Stubb Man, this tiny adorable demon in disguise loves herding his owners into getting whatever he wants, including but not limited to: treats, toys, belly rubs, and world domination. Please send help.

Sensitive tummy? Your cat’s food may be trying to tell you
something. 🐈💭

Changes in routine, heat, hairballs, eating too quickly or dietary sensitivities can contribute to occasional digestive upset. A balanced diet with appropriate protein, moisture and fiber may help support normal digestion. Plain pumpkin formulated for pets can provide beneficial fiber, while moisture-rich foods and cat-safe bone broth may help with hydration. Because every cat is different, introduce dietary changes gradually and consult your veterinarian if symptoms persist or become severe. Stop by either of our stores! We'd be happy to help you explore everyday digestive-support options.

Is your cat getting enough moisture? 💧🐱
Cats may not always drink enough water on their own, especially when eating a primarily dry diet. Adding moisture-rich foods can be an easy - and tasty - way to support healthy hydration.
Consider incorporating:
🐾 Canned or wet food
🐾 Properly prepared raw or gently cooked food
🐾 Cat-safe bone broth
🐾 Water added to meals
🐾 Hydrating meal toppers
Our personal favorite is goat's milk, which is PACKED with probiotics for excellent digestion and immune support - great for allergy season! Stop in today and ask us about MOISTURE 💧😎

Happy Furry Friend Friday from us at EarthWise!

Every Friday we share an adorable furry friend to celebrate their adorableness and impeccable manners (or lack thereof)! This week we'll be celebrating Duke who belongs to Blair from our retail team! Duke enjoys long (very long) naps, getting the same toy he's had for years super crusty and gross, and nearly ripping his owner's arm off when he sees a squirrel. Oh, and treats of course. He's one of our shop dogs, stop by and maybe you'll have the pleasure to meet this 80lb sack of love and goofiness.

If you'd like your pet to be potentially shared on our page, shoot us a message with their name, a quick blurb about their personality, and your best photo! Extra points for funny ones. We like the funny ones.
